I was born in the UK and ran away to Australia when I was 17. My gags, strips and illustrations have run in national (Australia) and international (US, UK Canada, Finland) publications including the Sydney Morning Herald, the Bulletin, The Canberra Times, The Green Left Weekly, The Jewish News, The Lamp, Rolling Stone, Prospect, National Lampoon and the New York Times. I’ve illustrated more than 100 books for publishers including Simon and Schuster, Allen and Unwin and Macmillan Education and have worked on several government health campaigns. I drew editorial consumer cartoons for Choice (consumer advocacy) magazine for ten years. I’ve won a couple of national Rotary awards for cartooning and my work has been exhibited in Paris, Vienna, Boston, Sydney and Melbourne. I’m a member of the Australian Cartoonists Association and the National Cartoonists Society (US)
I live in Geelong with my gorgeous wife and gorgeous daughter and work via the net.

My cartoons can be used in books, magazines, newspapers, newsletters, websites, advertising, greeting cards and presentations. Rates for non exclusive use of cartoons can vary depending on the circulation of your publication and proposed usage etc. Please contact me with your details and I’ll reply with a reasonable price.
Please also feel free to commission original cartoons or illustrations. I’ve drawn cartoons for many books with subjects ranging from parenthood and divorce to consumer rights and finance. I work to a very quick turnaround and provide hi res tiffs or jpgs via the web or on CD for MAC or PC.

If you don’t see anything you like on my site please contact me as I may have the cartoon you seek lurking somewhere in my filing cabinet or hard drive.
